- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or illegal activities

The platform reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these obligations without prior notice.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the u8000h platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including FPX (online bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR for the convenience of Malaysian users.
Deposit Terms
Deposits made into your account are final once confirmed by the system. Users are responsible for ensuring the deposit amount and chosen method are correct before confirming the transaction. u8000h is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests will be processed according to the platform’s internal verification procedures. New accounts may require additional identity verification before the first withdrawal can be processed — this is a standard security measure. The platform reserves the right to suspend or reject suspicious withdrawals pending investigation.
Any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by authorities or banks on transactions are the sole responsibility of the user. u8000h is not responsible for exchange rate differences or bank charges that may arise.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
The u8000h platform reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from competent authorities, or prolonged account inactivity. Users will be given reasonable notice except in cases where immediate action is required to protect the integrity of the platform.
If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a terms violation, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method used, subject to the required identity verification.
Platform Liability Limits
The u8000h platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties of availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted reliability. The platform will not be liable for:
- Financial losses arising from the use of the platform
- Service interruptions caused by technical or uncontrollable factors
- Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances

Any claims against u8000h must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the date of the related incident.
